Use anyone except Employers. Period. They are non-transparent and shameful. After I complained long enough to warrant a call from a supervisor, the supervisor called back from a PRIVATE NUMBER (no caller ID), left a message that they are not reversing their decision (without any communication with me), and failed to leave a phone number for me to call back. Worst insurance company. Bought insurance for a concert that says cancel for any reason. Thr show iwas rescheduled for one month later for a time I have a booked flight one year ago and can not travel back to the show, they refused to pay me. Never again would I buy from this dishonest company Only want to collect your money and if you have a claim they disappear. Scammer

This is a crooked company, and nobody should do business with them.

Always asking for more clarifications from doctor, and rejected at the end. Stating that kids have chronical issues?! My child has lack of iron. We discovered it during the year. They didn't want to approve testing as lack of iron is chronical condition for a child! At the end we discovered that kid has celiac... Read More
