ANICO has very professional customer service and their agents are always free to reply to all of your requests. The coverage they gave us is extremely competitive which is a major plus as well.

I bought an auto insurance policy with the general last week before reading any of the reviews. What a mistake. They took something from me and did not return it yet so I'm going to take legal actions to get it back. The coverage won't include accidents. My experience is horrible. Not recommended.

Do not use Liberty Mutual for your motorcycle insurance!!! I ride a ’96 Goldwing and they had me paying $568 a year.. Terrible rates!!! I tried Geico and their quote Wass for $189.69 - 67% LESS THAN LIBERTY!!!! I called them to cancel my policy and now they want to charge me $126 for canceling early… DO NOT USE LIBERTY MUTUAL FOR MOTORCYCLE INSURANCE!!!

In 2007, my 2004 Honda Civic, went through a massive flood. I was paid the full coverage amount plus a new car and even some extra cash. Payment was very fast - I warmly recommend them!!

NEVER GO WITH GEICO!!! They have the worst service ever! I had a 6 months old, 7000 miles new car and one night I hit a deer on the road. GEICO refused to pay for OEM replacement parts and offered a reconditioned, pre-used parts instead! The difference in value was $186.. I don't know why you waist your money on that company. Before you spend your money . You need to get information from other customers. Worst insurance. Bad service . Involved in an accident Cal them they will not going to help. They just make money with us , look like they you work and bring money for them. Okay experience. Rates are good, customer service is not always good. They didn't pay my claim fully, just some of it. I would generally recommend them, but if you have a better option go with it.

Just avoid this company.

Auto owners insurance is affordable and has cheap rates which is a good thing, but anything else is not good about them. Customer service was slow and not professional, claims? they will do anything to deny it. coverage? what coverage?

Chubb auto insurance worked great for us. Customer service was very professional and supportive despite a stressful situation.

Chubb auto insurance was absolutely excellent. All in all, couldn't be happier with them. Professional customer service, straightforward following a car claim. Chubb handled it very well, approved the claim and paid it very fast. It couldn't be a better experience. I'd recommend them to everyone I care about!

Had Cigna health insurance through my employer for over a year - worst experience ever. Avoid.

Clearcover car insurance is great. cheap rates for 2 cars and quality coverage.

Had to file an auto claim with Elephant car insurance, the claim experience was very fast and easy. Didn't have to do nothing but file the claim. Was a good call to switch to them from Geico.

Disgraceful customer service. Filed a claim in June and it was only paid out in the last day of October! Didn’t pay out almost nothing for a lost passport and flight tickets+car rental that I had to get. Absolute disgrace!

I have had AIG Private Client Group Auto Insurance for over a year now. Root delivers car insurance in very affordable rates which is major plus - moving to them from Geico, that took $1300 for a 6-month full coverage auto insurance for both our vehicles. My experience with Triple A was excellent. Claim filing and processing is very smooth and customer service is great. The claim was settled very fast and I could easily buy a new vehicle several weeks later. Another advantage of AAA is their effort to to match premiums rates, plans and discounts with your budget!

AAA insurance is more affordable than their competitors. I had auto insurance with Liberty Mutual for 11 years and they raised they premium every year without any claims filed on my end. Prior to that I had Allstate auto insurance for more than 31 years. AAA's Auto Insurance customer service is simply incredible.

It was a nice surprise to realize that AAA now provides auto insurance on top of road assistance. Their car insurance rates are much cheaper than the competition. Was also given road service and auto insurance bundle discount.

I was involved in a car accident in Pittsburgh, PA, after someone ran over me and made me run in to a bridge post and caused harm to my car. AAA's customer service went above and beyond for me! I am forever grateful to be an AAA customer and member. Cannot recommend them enough!

Before using AAA I was working with State Farm and Progressive thanks to similar policies. The quote I received from them was annual, much cheaper and haven't changed. Now, using AAA with the exact same car, no accidents, claims or traffic violations. Receiving member discounts and very happy about it!

5 renewals, 5 price increases. They said the reason was having bad drivers in my location, which is kind of the opposite of how they sell themselves! Not recommending.

Was dropped by Root after a very simple claim. You'll have to pay hundreds additionally to maintain your coverage.

I have a clean driving record, excellent credit score, 4 vehicles worths over 200k in total and eventually I was rejected for coverage. Bad experience. Never had any violations, got 4 vehicles and a net worth of over 2M, yet they don't cover me! Take your business somewhere else....

Root could have got a 10. A driving-based car insurance rather than auto insurance that is based on credit score and other irrelevant factors is an excellent idea. As per their system, I had a great score. After that I matched the policy settings to my current policy with State Farm. Their rates were over $35/month more than State Farm's! Prices are GREAT and the app is very user friendly. The only problem I faced is with the payment method settings that you're given a debit card with a similar number to the old one, just new expiration date and CVC, and it is not that easy to update.
