Auto owners insurance is affordable and has cheap rates which is a good thing, but anything else is not good about them. Customer service was slow and not professional, claims? they will do anything to deny it. coverage? what coverage?

Auto-Owners offers very competitive rates, but this is just their way to tempt you in to a policy! I was their clients for over eight years with auto insurance for four vehicles. Once I had few minor claims they simply cancelled the policy. My claims were pretty common, legitimate, truthful and straightforward. Why would anyone have insurance otherwise? I DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND AO TO ANYONE!
