Just avoid this company.

American Fidelity is a fraud!!! I won't be surprised to find out that their headquarters are in Nigeria... They delayed my claim for an elbow alternative over 6 months only to disapprove it eventually, claiming that I already had the situation beforehand! Contacted them again and again, they do everything to avoid covering you. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!

Having Disability Insurance with American Fidelity after I "bought" their advertising that emphasise how quick they pay claims, I found out faster that this is simply a lie, after paying so much for this policy, I get paid from the state of Arizona, but American Fidelity doesn't pay... I've sent over all of the required documents and paperwork and yet they keep delaying the claims payment. This type of coverage is meant to protect you when you are out of income. However, American Fidelity doesn't walk their talk and just lie to their customers. Beware!
