I recently filed a claim with this company and it has been almost a month with no follow-up. My claim representative is Moyra Dieso and I have left multiple voicemails, sent many emails, and called numerous times and no one is available to help me. At this point I don't know the status and the company doing repairs has no idea as to what is going on or taking to long. The customer service is just unacceptable. When I have reached a person to help they let me know that I need to speak to Moyra and no one else has any information. I guess they must have paper files and no one has access to my account to give me updates. If you can't return calls to claimants in a timely manner, you probably should be looking for work outside of customer service.

I am not one to write reviews but honesty this company has given me many sleepless nights worrying about having insurance. last night was one of them. I always thought that having insurance was supposed to help you sleep well. I was canceled on my home and business policies in 2022 not because of claims, which i have not made any claims in decades but due to red lining. My home and business are in a wooded areas and I guess they were afraid there would be a loss. There is NO loyalty with this company. I hope that what they are doing to people will catch up with them some day. ps a 0 rating is what they deserve.

I signed up with this company through an employer and the rates were fair, however it was convenient to sign up but lo and behold don’t ever have any problems with this company because if you do the claim time response and communication from this company is completely ridiculous. I’ve been driving over 30 years and I’ve never seen the insurance company this unprofessional and short on communication like this company. It’s been close to 90 days and they still haven’t paid out on my claim keep in mind it’s only $1500 I’m waiting on. Vehicle that was damaged in a 1 mph accident is a service vehicle that I’ll make a living in and they don’t seem to care. I’m completely conflicted and baffled that this place does business this way. I pray that no one else has to be in my position with this company.????????
