Since their premium rates are based on revenues volume and our CT business revenues dropped dramatically in over 50% due to coronavirus we contacted them to request premium rates reduction. They reduced our rates in 30% only, making profits of coronavirus. We are cancelling our policy and taking our business somewhere else!
