Beware and stay away from this company! John Hancock is a waste of time and money. Very bad company! Their customer service and policies can't be more bad than that. They are super slow to take care of you and their service is just mean and unprofessional! Was a very bad decision to join them, don't do the same mistake!

To go straight to the point, John Hancock life insurance got me taxed 3 times because a lack of professionalism. Their customer service was awful, and still is.
