I purchased a “deluxe” homeowners policy from Liberty Mutual. Nowhere in the policy does it mention whether or not underground water lines are covered or not, snd they do not advertise the “waiver” I could have gotten so that those lines would be covered. The first I heard about this waiver was when the representative told me I wasn’t covered because I didn’t have it. And they advise “customized” home insurance. Pure B.S.

I just received a letter in the mail today and it is from Liberty mutual insurance and it had9 items wrong for denying why they are not going to cover my vehicles.
