I purchased a “deluxe” homeowners policy from Liberty Mutual. Nowhere in the policy does it mention whether or not underground water lines are covered or not, snd they do not advertise the “waiver” I could have gotten so that those lines would be covered. The first I heard about this waiver was when the representative told me I wasn’t covered because I didn’t have it. And they advise “customized” home insurance. Pure B.S.

I just received a letter in the mail today and it is from Liberty mutual insurance and it had9 items wrong for denying why they are not going to cover my vehicles. I just had the insurance 3months ago and nothing like this had shown up in my files You wouldn't believe how wrong they got my report wrong. I didn't even ask for insurance from them. DON'T BUY ANYTHING INSURANCE FROM THE COMPANY, THEY ARE A BIG FRAUD AND WILL BE REPORTED TO THE BBB. I GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL REGRET IT IF YOU DEAL WITH THESE IDIOTS. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT PUTTING YOUR HARD EARN MONEY IN THEIR COMPANY.

I was shopping for auto insurance on 11th September 2023. Liberty took$8614 out of my bank that same night without my permission. And now they will not return my hard earned money. Every time I call ,they give me sorry excuses. And now they tell me that ,yes we took your money by fraud. Go write your congressman. But we'll give it back to you in 15 days. Meanwhile my bills are piling. Liberty Mutual stole my money. Please avoid Liberty Mutual at every cost.

I wish I had never signed up with this company . My car was destroyed in a terrible storm . They cheated me out of $2500 on the value of it . Then they denied a home claim even though I had two expert opinions stating the cause of the damage. And best of all , you get adjusters in a foreign country who are impoossibl3e to understand and who RARELY bother to communicate with you . Horrible experience.

Terrible company when it comes to honor their liability for other automobilists. Their driver crossed right light, destroyed my vehicle and liberty mutual denied my claim. First, for months they did not respond our emails. Than I called and their agent Danelle Bechard asked me to email her the details of the accident. another two months passed and again, no response from her. I called again and she was like, let me check your email and said, your claim is denied. She decided in few seconds after checking my email. In fact she never read my emails, just wanted to give me false hope. They could do investigation, they could read my emails, they could go through pictures but hey had already decided to deny my claim. They knew that I do not have a camera in my car or any witness. I am an Uber driver, I lost my car, and my job because of this accident. I had to borrow money from friends to purchase another car and I still owe money. Just because I cannot prove it, does not mean it did not happen. I could not do anything so just writing this review.

Customer Service is horrible! They sent an email two weeks ago to let me know that my payment would be a lot more for whatever reason. They don’t know if I have access to my emails? I’m currently very sick and called a few weeks ago to lower my rate since I was not using my vehicle as I use to and was no help. If fact, my monthly payment changed to a higher rate after I explained what I was going through. Company has a customer service team that just answer basic questions but certainly does not go the extra mile to assist. Their is many reviews posted on this site that shows the customers name but the few last ones with five stars does not have customers names and opted to stay anonymous. Hmmm.. If you are so happy with Liberty Mutual, wouldn’t you want to share your name? Fake, fake, fake review’s.

I would like to give several thumbs up to Liberty Mutual for not increasing car insurance rates even following an accident. Was sure it's going to be raised but was pleasantly surprised. Guess my clean driving history helped as well! Excellent company.

Do not use Liberty Mutual for your motorcycle insurance!!! I ride a ’96 Goldwing and they had me paying $568 a year.. Terrible rates!!! I tried Geico and their quote Wass for $189.69 - 67% LESS THAN LIBERTY!!!! I called them to cancel my policy and now they want to charge me $126 for canceling early… DO NOT USE LIBERTY MUTUAL FOR MOTORCYCLE INSURANCE!!!
